As a fellow Western-Washington resident it would be interesting to hear what goes on in the courts in our neck of the woods. If we're nominating subjects to be taught in high school, a mandatory Constitutional Law course, in which students study the Federalist Papers, would be my pick. A great idea Welmer. I have wanted to do such research myself. You are doing a great community service. I also think an introductory legal education should be part of high school grad requirements.
