61-year-old Clyde Ray Spencer, a cop from Vancouver, Wash., is seeking justice after spending over 20 years behind bars for being falsely accused of molesting his children. Does he want revenge? No, he simply wants the state to admit he was wrongfully convicted so he can get some compensation for the years he spent behind bars and clear his name. Despite the commutation of his sentence, he still must register as a convicted sex offender.
His adult children, now in their 30s, testified in court that they were bullied into accusing their father. Matthew Spencer, who at 33 is the eldest child, was nine at the time and said that detective Sharon Krause hounded him for months until he finally gave in, accusing his father in order to get the detective to leave him alone. Kathryn Tetz, who at 30 is the younger sister, said that she doesn’t remember what she told the detective, but she does remember Ms. Krause buying her ice cream.
Throughout the children’s lives, their mother, who was divorced from Spencer before he was accused, insisted they were blocking out the memories of abuse.
However, it was not Matthew and Kathryn’s mother who made the accusation, but Spencer’s second wife, who initially accused him of molesting her four-year-old son and his children together in satanic child-rape orgies. In perhaps the most disturbing twist in the entire case, the second wife, who is unfortunately not named in any articles I could find, was having an affair with Detective Krause’s supervisor when Spencer was charged.
Prosecutorial malfeasance, including withholding of crucial evidence, is also implicated in Spencer’s conviction.
This tragedy that put an innocent man behind bars for decades, alienating him from his children and stealing his middle years, demonstrates that the decades-long war on men in this country is decimating the lives of truly innocent men. How many more Clyde Spencers are out there languishing away in prison because men have come to be seen by society as expendable, and because amoral public officials have grown accustomed to abusing their considerable power?
If the Innocence Project is any indication, probably thousands. I sincerely hope that Washington State will take the right step and declare him wrongfully convicted, so that Spencer can finally achieve vindication and gain some compensation for the 20 years he spent behind bars.

Sharon Krause of course gets off scott-free.
This is something a man dating a woman with children, especially a female child or two, REALLY has to think about. If it goes bad, all she has to do is to get her daughter(s) to lie and the guy is basically fucked royally. At the least he will be paying a LOT of money to beat it. His name will be tarred for the rest of his life. Male children, especially past 12 or so, would be very unlikely to go along with it and tell a lie like this, but female children can be coaxed to break under pressure.
Yet another reason for men not to commit to divorced women with children. Women’s groups probably dont think about the long-term consequences of pursuing things like this unfairly, but as stories like this become known………..they eventually make single moms nothing more than pump n’dump targets instead of legitimate romantic candidates. Im sure they will get together and cry over how “men wont commit” even harder than they do now.
To women’s ears, “men committing”, means men financially committing, while the women risk nada.

BTW——I wonder what ol’ Sharon Krause would say to someone who told her how low the birthrate amongst whites is in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle area) amongst whites?
I read the other day that the native Canadian birthrate is about 1.5. That means 4 adults in the breeding generation are only having 3 children. A large group of people is literally slowly going to be “dying out” multi-generationally. Im sure Krause would say the answer is something like “we if men would……”
We are making marriage so risky for men, its no wonder that attractive men with a lot going for them often just play the field until their late 30′s. Its such a risk now. A marriage failing, and a lying-ex, can break your life. I hope more women who are “feminsits” see this before it denudes the West of the most intelligent genes. Our “dependent” underlcass population isn’t going anywhere, and they will demand to be paid for. At some point, we aren’t going to have enough productive people to do it (in one or two more generations most likely). Women really do usually lack the long-term future time orientation that smart men have, even if the said women are ‘crafty’ or ‘streetsmart’.

She would probably wonder why you’re bringing the white birthrate into this. Surely you’re not equating “white” with “most intelligent genes.”
As for “native Canadian,” my guess is you don’t mean First Nations folk — but do you mean white non-immigrant Canadians, or does that figure include all non-immigrant Canadians? Do the children of immigrants from Hong Kong count as “native” Canadians in your calculus?

Well, for both of you, it’s Vancouver WA, not Vancouver BC. And the white birthrate is probably higher than the Asian birthrate in the NW. The Asians I know in Seattle have children later, and I can’t think of any who have more than two kids.
The birthrate is falling in the middle class especially, and probably static in the upper class. The lower classes still have more, but they’re limiting themselves more than they used to.
Lower class whites are moving toward the black norm for marriage and childbirth — marrying less, if at all, and having children out of wedlock in general.
I’m sure Asians will catch up as well if this lasts for another decade or so. Asians tend to follow the dominant culture’s trend, and, let’s face it: whites are still culturally dominant in the US and likely will continue to be so for the foreseeable future.
As for the Indians (I mean American ones), the ones I have spoken with have assured me that they are doing fine for now. However, I’m not so sure that will last if the lousy economy takes a big bite out of the casino earnings.
But it is funny that you bring up Hongcouver, Lukobe. The HK Chinese probably have one of the lowest birthrates in the world, and I doubt it changes much in Vancouver. And I would only count them as “native” Canadians if they flushed their HK passports down the toilet in the Vancouver airport (not going to happen in 99% of cases).

I am continually surprised that American men have not started a violent revolution over stuff like this… These judges and law enforcement fuckers should spend every day terrified that their past miss deeds will show up and put a knife through their chests.
It’s far to easy for injustice to secede in this country and the penalties for false accusations are pretty much non existent.

Welmer — I knew it was taking place in Vancouver, Washington, but had to find out what Miles was referring to when he mentioned “native Canadians.” As for flushing their HK passports, what about their children born here — are they eligible for such passports?
Derek — it’s probably happening here and there, but it’s not really a long-term solution.

White and Asian birthrates are way too low in blue states. Those are the most intelligent genetic groups we have here.
These laws have a suppressive effect on the birthrates of the law abiding, especially middle-class and up. The real underclass isn’t much affected by them. You cant take much from people who have nothing. Asian birthrates are even lower than white ones in blue states. Thats the stickling thing about these perversely unfair laws, they hit the nice guys the hardest because they actually have something to lose.
If Sharon Krause was “wondering why I was bringing up birthrates”, then she would just be validating my assertion about women and poor future-time-orientation. Whatever is good for them TODAY is what they tend to be for, to hell with the future generations. Those are the kinds of laws that poison relations between men and women. It gives men something else to think about when considering getting involved with a women who has a kid.
